the house is shaped like a prism adapted to the street levels and terrain; the three-story building has the access at the upper level containing the domestic program; the two lower floors provide space for parking, storage and technical premises; the courtyards, located between the prism and the adjacent buildings, allow access to the house and the parking space; the skylight on the ground level roof activates the centre of the house

the prismatic body, with a white stucco finish, rests on a base of exposed concrete moulded with natural wooden planks; a structure of equal bays determines the distribution of the rooms and the openings of the facade occupying the whole wall; on the southeast facade the ground plan opens itself to a continuous balcony facing out over the landscape in continuity with the inside rooms
