the longest side of the house is arranged on the east-west axis, parallel and close to the street, as if giving way to the garden expansion, thus allowing the palms, the cassava and the magnolia cassava to animate the garden
the house is arranged in parallel bays that, conveniently displaced, take advantage from the sunny orientation and extend the views to the garden; each bay adopts a different dimension as a result of the environmental conditions: the body closest to the street is related to the high-rise buildings of the same, whereas the second body becomes lower to allow the transition to the garden
the land released by the building is arranged in a series of slots that host the different uses the owners intend to assign to the garden: a large terrace in the foreground, a grassy meadow behind, and a small orchard that activates the bottom background of the parcel
